Gardner Cemetery - Skaneateles, NY - a photo on Flickriver

            The nearly forgotten Gardner Cemetery was a very old farm cemetery up on a high point overlooking the Mottville Area of CNY. Only 3 stones are left, of which 2 are still visible. 

One of the most visible was this one of an infant boy born and buried on the same day in 1812. Sobering to think how different the world was back then, and how quickly things can be forgotten - including ourselves.
