Stoer Head Lighthouse - a photo on Flickriver

Just back from a week spent in the Assynt area of Scotland. To be honest I wasn't blessed with the best photographic weather - but it was a good chance to check out the area for future reference and there are many amazing places I want to revisit and photograph. However, that being said, on my second last evening I was rewarded with this incredible moment of fleeting light at Stoer Head Lighthouse on a walk to the Old Man Of Stoer. It was incredibly windy and 5 minutes after this shot was taken I got soaked to the skin...but I think it was worth it in the end, plus believe it or not this is my very first coastal shot - so I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out. I also got to test out my new kit after selling my Sony A99....I'm very happy with the quality so far :)
