Ladybug In Ashes

            Our home escaped a another wildfire yesterday that burned homes a couple miles away. We had a wildfire in April that burned across the street. The fire continued to spread through the night lighting up the sky just south of our home. So devastating for the families that lost animals and property. Fortunately there were no fatalities. I woke up this morning and saw this little guy covered with ashes on our breakfast nook screen. Prayers for the families that lost everything. 

NOTE: I posted this yesterday not realizing the Macro Mondays Theme was Mesh. What a Happy coincidence. I thought this week’s theme was “Homemade”, mixing it up again with 7DWF Crazy Tuesday Theme. (I seem to have a problem with this. 😜) I was very happy I looked at the discussion rules again before baking homemade cookies! 
This is just under 2” of our mesh screen. I know this because I measured and counted the squares (23 squares per inch) to make sure it qualified for MM Theme! HMM!
