TPE's 185123 on a road learning trip between Roby & Huyton with 5W81 from Liverpool to Manchester on 28th February 2014.

The adjacent work was part of the four-tracking of the railway between Roby & Huyton prior to the electrification of the route.
Huyton Junction in the distance only lasted another 4 months until July when it was closed and the signalling transferred to what would be the first workstation in the ROC at Ashburys.
