Anabelle - a photo on Flickriver

Anabelle

            11"9"7"5" (top tier dummy).  Chocolate mudcake filled with dark chocolate ganache.

This was my biggest cake to date.  Wish I weighed it because it was pretty heavy!  Original source of design unknown as the bride just sent me an unmarked picture.  Difference is the flowers on top and the added monograms.

Pretty relieved that the top tier was styro because  I only discovered that fresh flowers were being added on top when I  delivered the cake.

I did Anabelle's kitchen tea last November.  She had come to me last month asking if I could do her cake as she was having problems with her original cake decorator.
