Schwarz-weisser Vari - Black-and-white ruffed lemur (Varecia variegata)

            Dieser Vari war schon sehr früh aktiv im Duisburger Zoo. Dort ist er im selben Gelände mit Kronenmakis und Kattas vergesellschaftet.
Das begehbare Gehege bietet sehr nahen Kontakt zu den Tieren, sofern diese in Stimmung sind. Dieser hier fand sein Plätzchen im Baum zum Sonnen ganz toll - welchen er,nachdem er herausfand, dass von mir keine Gefahr drohte, auch wieder einnahm.
