Are you sure?

The over protection of babies in China was really surprising for me at the beginning. Even if the weather is good and the outside temperature is above 20, Chinese babies are always, according to me, over covered to make sure that they won't feel cold... I'm still not able to understand this concept but at least I get use to it.
