During our recent trip to New Zealand, we could not stop roadside for many shots as Charlotte would either wake or become grouchy! We made an exception here however as we approached Mount Cook National Park from Lake Tekapo. Over the previous 24 hours and the following day, snowstorms would ice the mountaintops with snow and with the intermittent clear weather and autumn colours blooming , this was a very dangerous drive as I couldn't keep my eyes off the scenery. Besides, one of our goals for the trip was to get a picture with snow capped mountains and autumn foilage! It was harder than it sounded lol
