Pictured here is New York's Fire Island Lighthouse shortly before sunrise. This Atlantic Ocean lighthouse is located just east of Long Island's Robert Moses State Park, and is used to provide a visible landmark for ships sailing along the southern coast of Long Island.

'First Light at Fire Island" is a blended exposure constructed from 3 separate shots, with a differential of 2 stops between images.

The resulting image was processed using a combination of ACR and Photoshop (including the use of Topaz Labs plugins -- Adjust, Clean, Denoise, Glow, Impression and LensFX).
