SECC Walkway, Glasgow - a photo on Flickriver

I was looking back at my "Best of 2009" blog post and realised that I had missed one of my favourite photos from this summer's trip back to Scotland. It appeared on my photoblog but I hadn't uploaded it to Flickr so here it is.

This shows the covered walkway between "Exhibition Centre" station and the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Center in Glasgow. I was lucky enough to be walking across it behind someone whose jacket colour nicely contrasted with the red and green of the walkway itself.

Interestingly enough, when I walked past this spot earlier in the day (on my way to meet Shuggie!! for a shoot around the University), I had bumped into a friend from my days attending Wellington Church who I had not seen for 20 years! I saw only 2 people in the walkway and both proved to be extremely useful encounters :-)
