Winter Moon - a photo on Flickriver

Winter Moon

A cool 28 degrees along the lakefront, and yet another arctic cold front moving across the mountains as the morning sunlight reaches the far shores of Lake James in Burke County. A flock of coots move across the surface in search of a fishy meal as the moon, still 98 % full settles in the western sky. What a blessed morning to be out with camera in hand.
