On Sunday I made the trip into Bower's Hollow with Matt to photograph Bower's Hollow Falls which is listed at 56 feet in height. I'm not extremely pleased with any of these results. We had excellent light, but the winter landscape and recent ice damage in spots makes it tough to get a good uncluttered composition. In a few weeks when everything starts to bloom and green up, this place is going to look even more amazing though. A return trip is on order.

Less than a mile or so downstream from here, Bower's Hollow empties into the Buffalo River very near the Buffalo's headwaters. This is surely one of the most beautiful areas in the state.
