This is the second series of images I made during la traversee de Paris Estivale 2016. As in the first series, I worked to isolate the subject from the background and surrounding distractions. This second series took the more traditional approach to automobile photography and adopted many of the common angles of view.

In fact, I'm about to declare a full year of making images with cr*p lenses. You know the ones. The lenses some people love to hate. Being the contrarian I am, maybe I'll love 'um love 'um love 'um, right? LOL!!!

The Association Vincennes en Anciennes ran la traversee de Paris Estivale 2016 after reaching an agreement with the marie de Paris over the new stringent pollution requirements (regulated by the age of a vehicle, of all things). It was heartwarming to see so many beautiful old cars running the streets of this fine city.
