i just finished reading grendel by john gardner, and i absolutely loved it. in fact, i cried at the end!

this is what i think of when i read it: i picture a really windy day with a brown sky and grendel sort of curling up against the clouds....so yes, i am the monster from beowulf! roar!!!

today i made a perfect grade on my physics test, ate frozen yogurt for the first time, and dressed like a nerd. it was a good day (:
