Glen Orchy Church Bible - a photo on Flickriver

            This is the bible in the Glen Orchy Parish Church near to Dalmally, Argyll, Scotland. It is opened at the page where the minister would have read to his or her parishoners about the feast of Easter. 

Buried in this church are the remains of the Chiefs of Clan MacGregor from as far back as 1390, whether or not you are a religious person makes no difference, for the history alone this place is worth visiting and yet another one of Scotlands hidden gems.
