Tribute to B.B. King - a photo on Flickriver

            Sad news in the music industry and in the world, legendary blues guitarist BB King has passed away. King, age 89, is considered one of the most important Blues musicians of all time. Among those he influenced are Eric Clapton, Carlos Santana, and Stevie Ray Vaughn. In a career that lasted 65 years, King put out more than 40 albums and performed 250-300 concerts a year into his 70's. Until recently he was still doing over 100 concerts a year.
This is my tribute to a musician that has given so much and will be missed. There’s going to be a killer blues session in heaven tonight.
