W '09 Belgian Style Ale - a photo on Flickriver

A delicious, spicy ale!

This is the thirteenth beer in my 2009 quest; 52 Seasonals. Join me as I sample 52 varieties of seasonal beers!

I realize this may not be a "seasonal ale" in the traditional sense (you know, the four seasons and all that stuff) but I figured that anniversary or celebration-type ales could fit the bill.

Especially considering the fact that our life is about to get crazy as we move forward with a gypsy existence, following Nikki from rotation-to-rotation.

We'll spend the month of July in Idaho, August in New Hampshire, September in San Diego, and from there until the end of the year, we're not sure....

We'll be spending January through March of next year in the Cascades of Washington, up near Snoqualmie Pass and April through August in Portland.
