Cute calf (getty listed) - a photo on Flickriver

            This little Holstein heifer calf is only a few weeks old. It is bright and alert and looks very healthy. It almost seems to have an eye like that of a Jersey calf. Sigma 50mm 1.4 lens on for this and open wide for this shot. DOF very fine this wide open at 50mm. I find the sigma front focuses a bit. Doesn't help when the calf is lively and fast moving. The focus is fairly sharp on the eye on this shot I think.
