Foothills Visitor Center, Sequoia National Park, California, U.S.

I've been traveling lately in California. For the first time I got a chance to hike in the Southern Sierra Nevada located within Sequoia & King Canyons National Parks.

I took this picture in Foothills Visitor Center the first day after we arrived. There was always very helpful staff to inform us about trails, weather and rules in the mountains.

When I think about perfect holidays, then the first thought that comes to my mind is reconnecting with nature. I feel I succeeded a little this time.
