Nighttime on the Skokie Swift - a photo on Flickriver

            Chicago Transit Authority's Yellow Line, colloquially referred to as the "Skokie Swift" is the one operating remnant of the old Insull-owned "North Shore Line."  

After a day that included an Amtrak trip on one of their "Hiawatha Service" trains and my first ride on one of Kenosha's PCC cars, I ended up at CTA's Dempster St. Terminal at the north end of the Skokie Swift.
