Heath Fritillary (Melitaea athalia).

This Fritillary has the most beautiful and amazing under-side, with only perhaps the Granville Fritillary to compete with on that score. This shot was taken on the same day as the open winged individual I posted a few days ago, image below.

It is well worth pressing L to see the detail in the wings.
