La premsa, Can Serra Gavatxa - a photo on Flickriver

Casa de pagès de tamany mitjà que conserva molt bé la tipologia original. És de planta més o menys quadrada, amb dependències annexes als costats. Té planta baixa més un pis. La façana principal té portal adovellat. Les parets són de tàpia. L'interior de la casa (en procés de ruïna) conserva un rebedor-distribuïdor (on hi ha una premsa). A l'esquerra hi havia la cuina, que conserva la llar de foc i, al seu interior, un forn de pa.
Observacions: Inscripció a la fusta a la premsa: 1792
Per la seva tipologia, aquesta casa de pagès va ser probablement construïda al segle XVIII (la inscripció de la premsa també confirma aquesta data). Posteriorment la casa ha sofert poques modificacions.
